Rome, May 21, 2024, at the office of notary Marcucci, new partners joined the corporate structure of Meedox.

Who are the new investors?

High-profile Italian investors have decided to support the launch of the Meedox app, set to revolutionize the healthcare sector. Among the investors are individuals such as Maurizio Carrara (entrepreneur), Nicola Pierallini (Chh Tagetik), Marco Pierallini (Akeron), Manuel Vellutini (Akeron), and Filippo Sodini (Mood Business, Farmaè), as well as legal entities like the Intent Group (technology solutions).

On May 21, 2024, the capital increase of €460,000 was formalized and signed, with €250,000 in cash from the new shareholders and €210,000 in work for equity from the Intent Group, which will handle the development. All of this is aimed at the development and launch of the service (app and web), scheduled for January 2025.

With further support from Zest and Ventive (incubators and accelerators), Meedox has a solid foundation to enter the HealthCare market and simplify healthcare management for users.

With this new partnership, the new shareholders will enable Meedox to realize a visionary project: bringing technology into the healthcare world to serve both patients and doctors. But that’s not all! In fact, the Meedox project is very broad and encompasses all sectors of healthcare.

The main features of the app’s first release include the ability to have a health profile, store medical documents, follow a treatment plan, and manage a medication cabinet. The app will allow users to do all of this for their family members as well, including young children and elderly parents. The launch of the web and app service is scheduled for January 2025.
